Her favorite quote is by Princess Diana of Wales, every one of us needs to show how much we care for each other and in the process, care for ourselves, and Associates fascinated by people who are so genuinely positive and who spread this love for life all around them. They absorb love, and they give it out. And they are exactly who will make our world better. Anastasia, how are you today? Anastasia Gloza 6:27 I feel awesome. Thank you. And I'm really looking forward to this interesting interview. Me too, Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 6:32 more than you can imagine. And therefore, yes, we spoke about your achievement. But I'm interested in your soul. So you Anastasiya when you want to feel really alive, to experience your favorite emotions, what do you like to do? Anastasia Gloza 6:51 I can say that when I want to feel alive, and really to experience something good to feel feel better. I really like to sit by myself to just sit really sit by myself. And I will think a little I think, I think one minute, Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 7:16 one second, do you have some introverted tendencies? Anastasia Gloza 7:20 Yes, I think I am a little bit of introvert. But also extrovert, if I can say so because I love speaking and communicating with people. But sometimes I do need some personal, personal, I don't know, maybe space, some place when I can sit by myself. Think about whatever I want. Whenever I feel right now, concentrate on what I'm doing what I want to achieve what I'm going for, what is my general goal and what is in the end of my like, base, I can say, Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 7:59 I'm to double check. Imagine you spent the whole day speaking with a lot of people do you feel exhausted because of that at the end of the day or so full of energy, you can sleep, Anastasia Gloza 8:12 I think more exhausted than full of energy, and full of energy. Because, of course, people are very motivating. They do make us achieve some results in some goals. But at the end of the day, when you when you got so much information from your environment from the people around you, I think you just need to relax to try to understand everything that happened during the day. And just Yeah, to relax, actually. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 8:45 Thank you. Yes, a lot of people argue actually that most people or humanity in general are not really overworking. But they're interesting that people are sacrificing the rest which you study economics. It's like the diminishing return of when the marginal cost exceeds the marginal revenue. anything extra becomes just a net loss. If you think I like that embed way, but speak with you about this. So we are no, this is different because I don't want it to be economic. It's easy to just Google or look in YouTube, like economics and watch that all day. I want this to be special. So you Anastasiya Imagine your friends. Were coming on this podcast to describe your personality and who you are. What do you think that will say about you? Anastasia Gloza 9:43 I think that the first thing they will say about me, they would say about me? Yeah, maybe we'll maybe put the time genuinely positive. That's just an interesting thing for me. I am positive, energetic and also funny because when I I actually communicate with people, I try to be funny to be positive to give out the positive vibe. And this is why I think I feel really exhausted at the end of the day, when you give out so much energy you really feel yourself like exhausted. And yeah, I think positive, energetic, funny, and maybe creative. That's one thing that I forgot about. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 10:24 Let's explore all I'm curious about something. How are you funny? Like, what do you do in order to be funny? Because a lot of people try to be funny, and it makes them not funny. And since you're succeeding, what are your secrets? Anastasia Gloza 10:42 I think I, my main secret is that I don't have any secrets. That's the main thing because I do not try to be funny, I just, I have this vibe. I didn't know everybody around me so that I have this vibe that's genuinely, genuinely positive and funny and free. And I, I try not to be closed around my people around my friends, I try just to be myself to be my true self. And that is there is funny person who is very, very relaxed, very, who loves life. And that is me. And I think that they somehow find it funny, positive and well, motivating, even encouraging. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 11:29 I like that. And I'll play the devil's advocate a little bit multiple of the girls who came on my podcast, they said, Being positive all the time, and only feeling good emotions is boring. We need drama, we need like, some negative things. We need to cry, we need to be afraid we need some pain so that we love the positivity even more. What are your thoughts about this? Anastasia Gloza 11:57 Oh, I think that I somehow agree with them. Because being positive all the time in your LinkedIn or in your life, I think it's self deception, you know, because you do have some bad vibes during your life, you have bad you have problems, that situations and there are a lot of things that can be this everybody off. And that's normal to feel bad to cry, maybe feel sad, or like seats in the front of the restaurant crying, I don't know, maybe something like this, because sometimes we need to, like set some of our negative emotions free. Otherwise, we will feel even worse. So I think I agree with them here. So it's not boring, but it's really, it's really bad for our health, moral health. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 12:52 I like the way you think that even relieving that negativity is a way for you to return to balance and to return the positivity. And I am curious about another thing. You said specifically, it's important for you to be open around your people. Well, also another fact that many of the Ukrainian girls admitted to and I'm speaking to you about this, because you're mentioning emotions and all that, which most guys don't like to speak about. But they said we have this face that is very serious. That is very poker face, even if we're full of positive emotions. And sometimes people who don't know them think why is this girl so angry? She looks like a mean girl. But she is not. One of them said well, I look at we look at our phones all days, our faces are frozen in that browsing face. And other ones she said, Well, we grew up with teachers from primary school are always so angry. So our faces copied them. Another one. She said, Well, I just relaxed my face. That's my look. It's our Yeah. What are your thoughts on this? Anastasia Gloza 14:07 I think that Well, I do have the same face expression like poker face sometimes. And strangers do me aren't really afraid of me, I think because of it. But I just understand that I'm all inside myself. You know, all in my thoughts in something like this. That's why I'm looking so serious. But yeah, and everybody around also likes to say that, Oh, you need to smile more. You are You look better when you smile. You You don't need to be so serious all the time. And I'm like standing and saying, Well, I'm not serious. I'm just thinking. It's okay to have this face expression. And I think that maybe, maybe because of everybody around us just has this expression. We're like, oh, well, I'm not the only one with a poker face on my face. It's okay to leave like that. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 15:02 Thank you. And I'm now curious about you, because you mentioned a lot. You're giving people that openness, that positivity, that good vibe that humor, which one is more satisfying to you, to give people energy and notice the change the positive change in them, or being around people who give you a lot more of that energy, Anastasia Gloza 15:28 I think that both things are very important for me, but the first one is more important than another, then the second one, because, you know, I wasn't like this every time. So there was like, some change in myself in me, at some point of my life. And at that point, I just find myself a person who was so genuinely positive, who, like, showed me how I can live how I can give out this positive energy and make others live better. And she made my life better too. And like she, I can say, saved me from this all negative environment around me on this mental breakdowns, but non breakdowns I'm, I'm too, I am too dramatic. But you know what I mean. And I think that being around positive people is great, that is absolutely fascinating and beautiful. And this gives a lot of motivation to me, and I really like that. But sometimes, I think being the positive person around negative people and like, changing their life is even more important. And this is even more exciting for me, I think, Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 16:49 tell me more, yes, you have no secrets. But let's say our listener doesn't feel like they feel that dramatic thing you describe, they're not that positive, what did that person do to you, or what do you do to others in order to transform them into motivated positive people that maybe you can share that method or personal development way for people to do to themselves and grow? Anastasia Gloza 17:19 Yes, I can say the like, the most important thing about about this person was her atmosphere and her ambience, I can say that she was like I told before, genuinely positive and this atmosphere around her, you, you cannot feel that around such people, you know, you, you sit near them, you talk with them, they always smile, they smile, they always give out some vibe. And that is the most important thing. And when you feel bad, you just can open up to them. You can tell them whatever you feel, whatever you think, and they will listen to you silently, they will absorb all the information, or the emotions or your thoughts into them, and just make you feel so like naturally comfortable, convenient, and good that you immediately forget about everything. What to have what have been in your life, ever trouble, every problem that like was in your life. And that is I think the most important thing being so positive and being able to absorb, like negative atmosphere from others and create and turn it into something positive. Something good. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 18:37 I love how you describe that. So I'm curious now, are you very sensitive to and able to feel the atmosphere, energy sensations and all that, that are emanating almost from every person you meet? Anastasia Gloza 18:55 Yes, I am. Glad you asked. I'm very sensitive. I really do feel everything that people feel around me. How do they perceive the world around themselves and the atmosphere? And how do they feel and something like this? And so it's really easy for me to tell if a person likes me or not, I can say, but also, it's easy for me to understand how my friends feel, what is what is their problem? Maybe? How can I help them what I need to say how I need to, like help them actually, yes, that's all I can say. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 19:37 Why is it so important for you to help them? Anastasia Gloza 19:42 Maybe because I at some point of, of life, I needed help. Like not, it's it's again, it's sounding too dramatic. It sounds too dramatic. But at some point, I understand that sometimes all of us needs need help. And we need somebody who will just make us feel better. And I think that the true friends, all true friends, and all true people, they all are about helping each other in such moments and just pulling us out of this, I can say, maybe even small. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 20:24 Thank you. And you mentioned that girl added more motivation to your life and that you wish to be a motivating person. What does motivation mean in the dictionary of Anastasia? How does it happen? How does it feel? Tell me everything? Anastasia Gloza 20:44 Yes, so, yes, so I can say that this person added motivation to my life, but also she made me able to cope with all the problems that up or in my life by myself, so she just showed me how she coped with them. And, like, yeah, she like learned me to do the same thing. And motivation for me is just the link, I can see the desire to develop myself to develop my skills, my knowledge, to learn something new, to go somewhere, to have the goal and do everything to achieve it. It's very important for me to be motivated all the time, which is really hard, actually. But it is something that will change, change me as a person change my like appearance for other people, and change the environment around me change, even the people around me, I believe that if we are changing, the people around us change to all the time and our environment is very unstable thing. And the more positive and the more motivated, the more successful we are, the better our environment gets. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 22:04 Thank you. But it seems to me now to be a contradiction, because as you develop more, be motivated, more positive. People around you change. But earlier you mentioned, it's important for you to be around negative people, so you absorbed their energy and transform it. So if you're developing and getting more positive people, but you want to spend more time with negative people, I don't know how that can work. Anastasia Gloza 22:32 Yeah, I think we have a misunderstanding. So yeah, I really like being around positive people. But I think the most more important is being around negative people. I don't like that. I didn't like absorber. I didn't like absorbing negative energy, because it's exhausting. But I think that this is something that will help them maybe like I mentioned before, but of course, such people like happen less as we develop as we go further. So it's not a common thing. But sometimes it's even more more like pleasant, I think for myself to understand that I did something good for other people, not maybe not so important for me, like but it's important for them. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 23:23 Thank you. And I will play the devil's advocate, again, imagine you cannot be motivated at all in life. What would be missing? How would you feel and what would be in your life that exists when you are motivated? Anastasia Gloza 23:41 Oh, it's interesting question. So if I'm not motivated at all, like Goetsch potato maybe? I think I it's not normal for everybody to not be motivated. And I think that we all need some some thing to like cheer us up. Or I can say something that will bring us this motivation that we have lost. And what about something that is missing from my life? Yeah, I have heard properly. Yes. Yeah. What will miss if I'm not motivated? I think so. I can compare it with the colors of life maybe so if you're not motivated, it's like, like the weather today, you know, raining gray, black and white and something like this. But when you are motivated, you have goals. You want to achieve them you do a lot of stuff, you are active, you are energetic. The life is full of colors, and it's so bright, they are so bright and clear that you like you don't even want to stop doing whatever you're doing. You just want to develop go further and go further and achieve whatever you want. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 24:54 You mentioned the weather does it affect your mood and ability to be Be positive. Anastasia Gloza 25:01 Yes, of course. So, before before this interview, and before this summer, I can say I was the one that really loved rainy days, this gloomy days, gray and black and white weather. But now I feel like I really miss sunny weather. I really miss sun and all the shine around, I don't know. But now I feel how it affects my mood and how I feel very tired, actually, even in the morning. It's awful. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 25:37 I don't want to focus on it too much so that we stay in the positive side and the positive lane and get those vibes up. So we explored what you mentioned. You're positive, you are open. You're funny. You're motivating. But you mentioned you being creative. Can you tell me more about that? Anastasia Gloza 26:02 Yes, I think I can tell more about that. But it's very hard for me to speak about it because everyone around says I'm creative. And I don't know why. Because I think my creativeness appears only when I have some work. I have some projects, because I also work for some, like youth organization called active action diplomacy. So it's all about active students participating in diplomatic meetings and conferences. And there I can say that I do express my creativeness by writing in writing force in writing publications, in communicating with people in finding the right words to express my thoughts on several diplomacy problems and so on. But maybe that's all things, everything I can say about my creativeness because it's very hard to, to express it, I think in words, only inactions, because it's something very, very liquid. I can say it's not, it's not existent at the moment. So it's something like the air, sometimes it's changed, and I cannot find the right mood to do anything. But sometimes the atmosphere is like so. Right, that I can develop so much ideas, so many projects. And that's that's it, Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 27:34 you know, I noticed this word atmosphere, you used it in different contexts like atmosphere around that person who changed your life, atmosphere around some people who are motivating, and now you're speaking about your inner atmosphere, it's not even on the outside. So what does it mean to you atmosphere? Anastasia Gloza 27:56 Oh, atmosphere means a lot to me, because I think that is something that determines us as, like, as people as personalities, this is something that can attract people, you know, that we all know nowadays, that not the appearance of person attracts as but his or her atmosphere, the, like, some vibe around people. So the vibe is also my favorite board. And I think that it is very important nowadays to work on your atmosphere and the, like the energy you give out to the world, because this is something that will, like change your life, the more you change your atmosphere to the better, the better your life will get. I think it's it works like that. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 28:51 Thank you. And you know, before you said, you sound dramatic, but now in a positive way. This is the second time you speak about changing your life, it changes your life. Well, what does that mean? And why is it important for you to change your life? Anastasia Gloza 29:10 Well, I think I think change in life is important for everybody because there is the sense of life in my, in my opinion. So and changing my life is not about changing, like flood or a car or people around me it's not necessarily this, but I think changing life is more about changing my attitude to life. So because I can definitely say that my attitude to life like changed a lot during the COVID pandemic also it's important one and this attitude also determines our goals. I can say our goals what we want from life. What we how do we achieve this goal. So, Mike, I think that the base, the best of our goals is important to it, it is a great opportunity to develop yourself to find a lot of new communications, new contacts, and to get new experience. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 30:17 Thank you. So if I understood you correctly, as we evolve as people internally, our vibe and atmosphere improves, and that will both attract higher quality or more developed people, the more we develop, which will support us with great emotions, with motivation, with ideas, with opportunities with mutual exchanges of energy, and it determines our goals that will be more ambitious, or we will value more of the right goals. And therefore, it changes both the trajectory of our efforts and lives, and the people who are around us, which overall shapes who we are through social ties or social influence that I understand you correctly. And that it all comes down to elevating positive, I think I will invent that word, our vibe and atmosphere, correct? Anastasia Gloza 31:17 Yes, that's totally correct. But I hope you do not think that I am all about atmosphere vibes and positive energy. I also think that we need to work as hard as hell if I can see. So it's just positive energies very important nowadays, I just give it so much attention. Because a lot of people are, like neglecting this thing during like, these days. But but here's the overall, like, idea is this. Thank you. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 31:50 You're welcome. You mentioned we have to work hard as hell. What is your approach to productivity? Do you set one goal at a time you focus everything on it? Because some people say, if you have more than one goal, you're distracting yourself and dividing your energies, which reduces your effectiveness? Or do you try to do everything to balance all areas of life to just explore and go in all directions? Or how do you go about it? Anastasia Gloza 32:24 Yes, I actually am a big proponent of multitasking. So I do focus on one task. And I think that it is better to do one task at a time. But do it better do it more. Do it with like, yeah, with more quality and like focus all of all of myself into like this one point into this one task, then, like trying to dissolve into all little bars trying to multitask and do a lot of tasks at one time. I think that it's not possible to do them correctly to do them right at the same time. So I agree with people who say that multitasking is not relevant nowadays. I do support one task at a time. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 33:15 Thank you. And you spoke before about resting enough in order to have the energy to work hard as hell. So I'm combining your words into one sentence. That's really cool. Tell me how do you rest? How do you recharge your energy? Because you said even with people while you get even more exhausted, because you're giving them all that energy, which means it's not really the way maybe I don't know, maybe you dance, maybe Corona. didn't allow you but before that, it was all about travel. Maybe it's something else. Maybe you're so fascinated by economics that listening to a lecture fires you up motivates you and make you work hard that Well, I don't know. You tell me. Anastasia Gloza 34:01 Oh, yeah, to to relax a little bit. I love like sitting by myself, as I have told earlier also, like walking around in the nature. Sometimes I walk around with my friends, but I do have the same friends as myself. So we just walk in the silence, you know, just trying to recharge ourselves. And also I really like reading. I like, like rushing classic literature. I don't know. It's it's very interesting for me right now. And I like reading listening to classical music. I don't know if it's interesting, but it's interesting for me. Yes. Also, I like watching films of course as everybody around and yes, I think that's how I recharge myself also, like, tidying up my like, a real I can see my flat. Daily nap really helps me focus in on it On my goals on everything around me and clear my salts, Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 35:04 tell me more is it when you're tidying up, your brain is thinking and understanding or when the area is fully clean and perfect, then you feel harmony in your vibes and you can work better. Anastasia Gloza 35:19 As Bose, I can say that the area around me really must be clean and organized. And I'm a big fan of minimalism, you know. And I think that the harmony in my working area, like provides my working harmony inside myself when the harmony and the balance of my mental like, yeah, maybe feels how I feel mentally. And well, I think the during this all tidying up process, I just also can think about so many things in my life. So funny. I just told you that I hate multitasking. And now I'm saying that I think about all different things during during. But that's true when I tidy when I try Yeah, when I clean my room and clear my working area. I do think about everything I need to do. I wanted to do what I like what I induce, like what I want to achieve, and about what I'm doing right now what I need to do what I need to change this something like this. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 36:29 Yes, it seems to me that cleaning is for you similar to meditation, so absolutely a really cool thing. You mentioned minimalism. How did you discover that it's important for you and what appeals to you in minimalism and my guess, atmosphere is so important to you that a tidy and like clean and minimalist atmosphere around gives you an inner minimalist atmosphere gives you that balance Do not be chaotic, but I don't know that it's my guests. You tell me? Anastasia Gloza 37:11 Yes, of course. So I can say that. At some point of time, I just discovered that I do want to hide everything from my site into small, like cup boards, maybe wardrobes, and so and so on. So I really need this clear surfaces, these, like white areas around me white shelves, everything like that must be empty and clean. And I think that this gives me inner peace and something like this. Because I really feel that I can think clearly when everything is clear around me so I can just rest. Sit, relax and think over everything I need. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 38:00 Thank you, you mentioned that classical Russian literature is so important to you. And I noticed your accent is British, which is more classical American or whatever. Is this correct? And if so, why? Anastasia Gloza 38:17 So maybe yes. So why classical things are important for me. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 38:22 Even classical fashion and looks? Anastasia Gloza 38:25 Yeah, I think that, you know, I from my childhood, I really was like eating analyzing my mother, who is also a big fan of classical music, classical Luke's and so on. And I think that this played an important role in my, in my hobbies, and I really like also the atmosphere of classical music and in this classical literature, it's all about atmosphere for me, you can say, and I think that the I don't know, like the vibe is correct for me. So I do feel better listening to such type of music. I don't feel better when reading such types of books. Also, I really like a lot of generous of books that like classical Russian literature, I think. Now it is the best thing for me the best meditation you like you mentioned meditation, I tried once. It doesn't help me. It's, it is of no use for me. So I just go on, on clearing my room and so on. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 39:40 Then, can you tell me about your perfect day? What would you do in it? What would be the activities that will give you the maximal atmosphere that represents the atmosphere that Anastasia loves? And I will ask you then in which historical period would that ideal day be? because my guess it could be actually some other time period. Anastasia Gloza 40:06 If you're thinking of 18th century, I think you're right. But it's very interesting because I am constantly thinking of the perfect day for me of some perfect, like schedule for a day. But every time I have the opportunity to spend my day, whatever I like, however I want, I just find it not so perfect. So I want to sit at home to be by myself to clear my room to watch movies to read, and some things like that. But at the end of such day, I understand that I don't like it. I really don't like such days. I like active days, I like speaking with people, motivating myself by communication with other people. But but you know, those days, I think that I just want to sit at home. It's very it's very strange, but it's it's life. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 41:05 Thank you. And I want to switch gears because I cannot just end this interview without asking you. What fascinates you in economics? Anastasia Gloza 41:17 Oh, I think that it's also an interesting question. Thank you. I think that I, I'm fascinated by economics, because of the way it functions. So back in my high school, I had my very, right, like, really great teacher of economics. And, you know, at, at first I didn't understand economics at all, I literally cried at nights, when I was trying to learn it to understand how it works, how the system was functioning. But then I started working with my teacher and my lyceum. And it was like, like, a moment in time, when I switched and understood that I really like economics, I really like the process of how everything in our country in our world goes how everything is interconnected. And I really just got so fascinated, the dy, didn't notice how three years just went along. And I like spend all the time on my economics and Olympia, since I'm on competitions, learning everything, trying to understand a lot of different processes. And I think that the main, like the main role was actually played by my school teacher of economics. I really, very appreciate him. And I think that he's very great person, and really awesome teacher. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 42:57 Thank you, it seems to me that many, many of the moments that radically change your life came from people, special people, is this correct? Anastasia Gloza 43:08 Yes, I do appreciate people around me and the way they change me as a person, I can say. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 43:16 And therefore if I understood correctly, you want to be such a person for others, that almost changes the trajectory of their lives, because of your atmosphere, you being a role model or inspiration, whether it's your mom determined a lot of your classical way of being or that person who motivated you and change you in that way. Or your teacher who caused you to fall in love with economics and see how it works. And therefore, in a way, you want to be such a person for others and satisfies you. Is this correct? Anastasia Gloza 43:57 I think in some way, yeah. It's correct. So I really, like want to be such person, but it's not my final goal. You know, it's just like an additional thing I do want to achieve in my life just to be some, some good person for others. But I think yes, but I also don't want to be like the person who changes life of other people. I want to be like, those my other people from my past. I want to make people change their lives by themselves. So it's not me who will change their life. It's them who will listen to me, maybe who will be motivated, who will receive help from me and will change change everything by themselves. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 44:47 I like that because it builds self esteem. They did a lot of research about when people do something for someone, that person never build self esteem, but when they allow the person to do it for themselves and support them, then that person believes I did it. And if I can do this, I can do much more, rather than creating dependence. Do you know what I mean? Anastasia Gloza 45:13 Yes, yes, of course there was, I really do support this point of view, because I think that people actually need to do everything by themselves. Maybe I'm a little bit of hedonist in this in this perspective, because I think that people can do everything by themselves, they just need to right kick, I just know if they need to write motivation. And they just need a great, like, even even atmosphere around them just to do that, to achieve that. And to understand that they really need some, some changes in their life. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 45:53 Thank you. And if other young Ukrainians that could be listening, don't believe they can do everything. What would be your best advice or life lesson or insight that can help them in their future become more motivated, able to affect and change the atmosphere for the better, and at least have a better life because of this understanding? And I'm sure it's a good reminder for yourself, because I find remembering great lessons and insights is always useful. Anastasia Gloza 46:31 Yeah. So I think I would really like to advise everybody to take seriously the choice of people around you. Because later, you will realize it is they who actually play a key role in determining your general and moral well being. And you can even say, determine, they determine your success. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 46:54 Thank you so much, Anastasia, it was a privilege, an honor, and a great time. And if you can speak a little bit about active diplomacy, what is it what people can learn about it? As well as if people want to follow you on social media? What is the best network? And where can they go to learn more about this active diplomacy, organization that you're involved with? as well? Anastasia Gloza 47:24 Yeah, so if anybody wants to know me better, they can follow me on Instagram. So a point closer, and actually yeah, I'm like volunteering in action. Diplomacy, Ukraine is like, actually polish organization, which started which was started like in I think, 2018. And the main aim of this organization is to unite all the young people around around Ukraine around the world, in order to do some work to participate in developing diplomacy, youth projects, and conferences and meetings with different diplomatic figures and interesting people in this sphere, and to make possible like the development of our generation in this sphere. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 48:22 Thank you, I will write your Instagram in the description as well as Instagram of this organization, it seems to be very important, very useful, and creating an atmosphere for those who join them. motivate them because like you said, vibe and atmosphere are those metaphysical or ethereal Oh, wow, no, I don't want to end before I ask this question. What is your thought? On like, what is your spiritual thoughts? What do you believe in manifesting? Do you believe in astrology? Do you believe in energy and like, that the universe gives us good karma or anything like that? Or you're all about logic, laws of economics, and just rationality Anastasia Gloza 49:13 I think that I'm something like symbiosis of these two thoughts. Because I don't actually believe in astrology and all these things, but I do believe in this like, thought that the energy you give out to the universe will be like maybe given back to you returned to you in even more in even bigger size, bigger amount. But no, I don't believe in astrology I just read it on a daily basis for fun you know, for I have mentioned the damn funny so this is one way to be fun around people but They're also I don't think I'm very rational, because I, I do I do make rational decisions. But sometimes I think it is very important to, to like to understand what you want by your heart, but not by you in by your mind. So sometimes your heart is even more important in making decisions and making life life decisions. Very important thing is to listen to yourself, but and to abstract from those regional rules. Abdulaziz M Alhamdan 50:38 Thank you. I agree with you. It's important to listen to yourself and to follow your heart and we enjoyed listening to you, and listen into your heart today. And I wish you a great day. Thank you very, very, very much. Anastasia Gloza 50:55 Thank you so much to it was a big pleasure for me to speak with you today and to discuss so many points. Thank you very much.
