Yan Earl-Ruzhytskyi is an International Relations student at the Institute Of International Relations (IIR), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (KNU).
Born in Khmelnytskyi, Yan is a project manager of the non-governmental organization 'Public Diplomacy Platform' where he is in charge of various projects including "Diplomacy Talks".
Yan is also in charge of preparing the launch of the Youth Lublin Triangle - an international platform between youth from Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania.
Yan was the 1st place winner of the National Public Speaking Competition and a participant of the International Public Speaking Competition from LCC International University.
